Fashion at Aretha Franklin's Funeral
Aretha Franklin's funeral was an event. It was packed with joy, a lot of silence, and peace. What I enjoyed most next to sitting, fasting, praying and singing with hundreds of Aretha's family and friends was the casual, classic, and fun fashion looks people put together for the funeral.
Aretha herself was in a sequin champagne gown and the Follie Strass Louboutins to match her gold plated 24K coffin. So yes, you HAD to come through moderately drippin'.
