Coatepeque De Coatepeque is a volcanic caldera in El Salvador in Central America. The caldera was formed during a series of major rhyolitic explosive eruptions between about 60,000 years ago. Some of best homes in the world today live here, in the mouth of this volcano. We decided to spend our Sunday here and had an AMAZING 3-course lunch, boat rides, pool time, and even some photo sessions! Yesterday was truly special.
