In honor of my recent trip to Miami for Hispanicize 2017, the largest annual event for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers in digital content creation, journalism, marketing, entertainment and tech entrepreneurship. This weekend has just been the most inspiring and the weather has so much to do with it.
